Rehearsal Rooms

Our rehearsal rooms are open to bands, solo artists and groups looking for a space to make music.

Affordable, accessible and independently run, designed by musicians, for musicians.

Hourly Rooms

Need a place to turn up and make noise? Our hourly rehearsal rooms provide a professional, affordable space for bands, duos, and solo artists looking to rehearse, write, or prepare for upcoming shows without the commitment of a permanent studio.

Each room is fitted with backline and PA, providing a high-quality, plug-and-play setup so you can focus on making music.

Thanks to our collaboration with Marshall, rooms are equipped with Marshall amps and cabinets, delivering reliable, industry-standard sound. Simply bring your instruments, pedals, and any additional equipment you require.

Rehearsal rooms are available to hire from £14 per hour, with flexible booking options to suit your schedule. Sessions start from a minimum of one and a half hours, and we ask that you allow time within your booking slot for set-up and pack-down to ensure sessions run smoothly for all users.

Permanent Rooms

Looking for a permanent base? We offer a limited number of dedicated rehearsal rooms for artists and bands who want their own private, lockable space with 24/7 access (subject to agreed noise restrictions).

Each room provides secure access to the building, your own room key, and access to on-site parking.

These spaces are ideal for regular rehearsals, storing equipment, writing sessions, and developing your project in a consistent, reliable environment. Rooms can be shared between multiple band members or collaborators, with one person designated as the lead booker and primary contact.

Rates vary depending on room size and availability. To apply for a room or join the waiting list, please complete the enquiry form or get in touch via our email - hello@canalsideleeds.com.
